These terms govern your use of nurserygreens.com, a Nursery Greens website operated by Fresh Air Concierge. By using the site or joining our waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What we offer right now

The site is a preview of Nursery Greens. Checkout is not open yet, so nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Products, descriptions, and prices shown are for information and may change before we launch.

2. The waitlist

If you give us your email, you’re asking us to notify you about the launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Joining the waitlist doesn’t obligate you to buy anything, and doesn’t obligate us to sell at any particular price.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site — no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no using it in violation of any law.

4. Intellectual property

The Nursery Greens name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Fresh Air Concierge. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Air Concierge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
